Our practice is focused on transactional advice in M&A and corporate restructurings (e.g. mergers, separations of businesses, portfolio transfers), and on advice in other areas relevant to insurers, such as own funds and solvency requirements, governance, compliance, outsourcing, investments, reinsurance and other risk transfer, or sector specific antitrust law.
We advise German and foreign primary insurers and re-insurers, institutions for occupational retirement provision and insurance intermediaries.
