Katharina advises corporates and investors in all fields of corporate law (with a focus on corporate governance, compliance and directors' remuneration issues) and on corporate reorganisations.
She also advises a wide spectrum of corporate clients as well as private equity funds and other financial investors in M&A projects with particular expertise in the sector of regulated industries.
She has a particular focus on the preparation of shareholders' meetings, capital and other structural measures as well as matters relating to groups of companies. Katharina also has a capital markets practice, with particular experience in advising companies and bank syndicates in equity capital markets transactions, such as IPOs (including multiple track transactions).
