The automotive supplier Wagon Automotive has concluded a EUR 129 m syndicated loan with increase options. The new secured credit facility will be mainly utilised to cover investments. Commerzbank AG and Sparkasse Pforzheim Calw were mandated as bookrunners and lead arrangers in this transaction.
Hengeler Mueller advised Commerzbank AG on the transaction. The team included partners Daniel Weiß, Daniela Böning (both Financing) and Martin Klein (Tax) as well as associates Jochen Schnepper (Financing), Sebastian Adam and Verena Gehrig (both Tax) (all Frankfurt).
