Daniel commenced his legal career in the area of banking and finance. Today, his practice focuses on crisis management, compliance, internal investigations and restructuring. He advises companies in handling crises, such as following compliance incidents, a possible breach of duty of directors and officers, accidents or other damage events and in connection with investigations conducted by public prosecutors or other authorities. In such matters, he is regularly responsible for the forensic investigation of facts, co-ordinating multidisciplinary legal advice, strategic stakeholder management and defense against third party claims. His many years of experience advising in complex and often international situations enable him to build a trustful and successful relationship with the senior management and corporate bodies of his clients.
