Hengeler Mueller, together with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and other European counsel, advised funds managed by The Blackstone Group LP on the acquisition of a French-German logistics portfolio from a consortium of investment firms Castlelake und Melcombe. The portfolio comprises 28 urban logistics properties with more than 200,000 square meters of total space.
