Hengeler Mueller provided comprehensive legal advice to real estate funds managed by Blackstone (“Blackstone”) on the sale of an office complex located in St.-Martin-Strasse 76 in Munich-Giesing of around 57.500 square metres to InfraRed Capital Partners. The property was part of the OfficeFirst portfolio which Blackstone acquired from IVG.
