Blackstone’s European Core+ platform (“Blackstone”) and Quincap Investment Partners have agreed to acquire the Arabella Bogen property in Munich. The mixed-use complex managed by OFFICEFIRST has a total space of around 44,000 sqm and is conveniently situated at the office location Arabellapark close to the city centre.
