Ubisoft, a leading creator, publisher and distributor of interactive entertainment and services, announced the acquisition of a 75 per cent stake in Kolibri Games ("Kolibri"). Kolibri is one of the premier developers of mobile free-to-play games. The agreement gives Ubisoft the option of gradually raising its stake in Kolibri to 100% over the next four years.
