Sonic Healthcare Limited has signed binding agreements to acquire the Diagnosticum group of laboratories, one of the largest clinical and anatomical pathology laboratory groups operating in the South East of Germany, around the city of Dresden.
The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory clearances and approvals, and is expected to occur before the end of the 2023 calendar year.
