On 3 November 2021 the general meeting of RIB Software SE (RIB) resolved, on request by majority shareholder Schneider Electric Investment AG, the transfer of the shares held by the minority shareholders of RIB to Schneider Electric Investment AG in return for an appropriate cash compensation. Schneider Electric Investment AG is an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of Schneider Electric SE. More than 99 % of the share capital represented at the virtual general meeting voted in favour of the squeeze-out, which will become effective upon entry in the commercial register.
