German digital health insurance provider Ottonova has completed another equity funding round. The EUR 34 million Series F financing round, which also included existing investors, was led by Cadence Growth Capital (CGC), specialised in technology company investments. Furthermore, a family office has joined ottonova's group of investors.
Hengeler Mueller advised Ottonova on the transaction. The team included partner Emanuel P Strehle as well as associates Johannes Schmidt (both Munich) and Alexander Berkle (Berlin) (all Venture Capital).
