EOS Group, which is part of Otto group of companies, and BAWAG Group today announced, that they have entered into a definite agreement on the acquisition of Health AG and Zahnärztekasse AG by BAWAG Group. Health AG, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, and Zahnärztekasse AG, headquartered in Wädenswil, Switzerland, are two leading dental factoring market players offering dental financing products and services.
