Hengeler Mueller has advised Symrise AG on its successful IPO, for which the shares were listed on the Frankfurt stock exchange for the first time today. The volume of this issue amounts to more than EUR 1.4 billion. This makes Symrise AG´s IPO the largest this year in Germany and indeed the largest since the Postbank´s IPO in 2004.
