As of 26 March 2025, MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE N.V. ("MFE") announced its intention to issue a voluntary public takeover offer to increase its stake in the major entertainment player in the German-speaking region, ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE ("ProSieben") with the aim to gain flexibility and optionality.
