Madeleine Schickedanz and the family co-shareholders have sold their shares in Quelle Bauspar AG to an acquisition company held by the members of the association of private building societies (Verband der Privaten Bausparkassen e.V.). The transaction was concluded as an industry solution for Quelle Bauspar AG.
