With the entry in the commercial register, LEG Immobilien has completed its conversion into the legal form of a Societas Europaea (SE) as resolved at 2020 Annual General Meeting of the company. The SE conversion was effected by merger of Dutch LEG Immobilien N.V. into LEG Immobilien AG. The merger plan had received a majority of 99.9 per cent of the votes at the Annual General Meeting.
Hengeler Mueller advised LEG on the SE transformation.
