SWOCTEM GmbH has notified the Management Board of Klöckner & Co SE on 13 March 2023 of its decision to make a voluntary public tender offer for the whole issued share capital of Klöckner & Co SE. Klöckner & Co shares are listed in the SDAX-Index of Deutsche Börse.
Hengeler advises Klöckner on the public tender offer with a team led by partner Maximilian Schiessl. The team also comprises partners Oda Christiane Goetzke (both Corporate/M&A), Dirk Busch (Capital Markets) and Thomas B.
