Vodafone Group Plc has announced its intention to launch a public tender offer for all shares of Kabel Deutschland AG valuing the share capital at EUR 7.7 bn (enterprise value: EUR 10.7 bn). Vodafone and Kabel Deutschland have entered into a Business Combination Agreement.
