Industri Kapital has signed an agreement with CVC Capital Partners on the sale of DYWIDAG-Systems International GmbH (DSI). DSI is a global market leader in the development, manufacture and supply of post-tensioning and geotechnical systems to the construction and mining industries.
Hengeler Mueller advised Industri Kapital on this transaction. Advice was provided by partners Stefan Richter (M&A) and Alf-Henrik Bischke (Competition) as well as associates Kathrin Korte and Falko Dittmar.
Back in 2005, Hengeler Mueller had advised Industri Kapital on the acquisition of DSI out of the insolvency of Walter Bau AG.
