Hengeler Mueller is advising Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA on its capital increase. The company issues 13.8 million new shares with gross proceeds of approximately EUR 1 bn.
The capital increase is the first component of the financing for the planned acquisition of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, on which Hengeler Mueller also provides legal advice.
