The Bundeskartellamt has cleared plans by Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung GmbH respectively Frankfurter Societät GmbH, to acquire the publishing business of the daily newspaper Frankfurter Rundschau from the insolvent Druck- und Verlagshaus Frankfurt am Main.
