ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH ("ESG"), a portfolio company of investment holding Armira, sells its subsidiary ESG Mobility GmbH to US professional services company Cognizant Technology Solutions ("Cognizant"). ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH is a technology consultancy for the design, integration and operation of complex, security-related electronic and IT systems. Munich based ESG Mobility is a specialised solution provider for complex electronic and IT systems in the mobility sector. The acquisition includes all subsidiaries of ESG Mobility GmbH. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
