EPISO, a pan-European real estate fund advised by AEW Europe and Tristan Capital Partners, has sold together with Berlin-based caleus capital investors gmbh (caleus) the Treptowers in Berlin to NIS ARB EDO Ltd., a real estate investment company. This property with the distinctive 125 metre high tower located directly on the river Spree and the listed buildings on the Hoffmann Street comprises 35,000 square metres of office space and is the highest office building in Berlin.
