ElectronicPartner Handel SE and notebookbilliger.de AG have concluded a comprehensive cooperation, which involves ElectronicPartner acquiring a stake in the online retailer. ElectronicPartner with registered office in Düsseldorf is among the largest retail companies in Europe for consumer and household electronics, IT and telecommunications. notebooksbilliger.de AG is now one of the largest online retailers in Germany.
