Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA has repurchased bonds in an aggregate nominal amount of more than EUR 428 million by means of a public tender offer. The transaction comprises notes from three tranches with coupons between 1.25 and 2.625 per cent per year and maturities until 2022, 2024 and 2025.
Hengeler Mueller advised the dealer managers Deutsche Bank AG and Banco Santander S.A. on the transaction. The team included partner Hendrik Haag as well as associates Julia Weidner and Christoph Roggemann (all Capital Markets, Frankfurt).
