Apleona, a portfolio company of French private equity firm PAI Partners, has signed an agreement on the acquisition of Austrian Siemens Gebäudemanagement & -Services GmbH (SGS). Based in Vienna, the subsidiary of Siemens Austria puts its focus on technical facility management. Apleona is one of the leading European integrated facility management companies based in Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt am Main. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
