("AFL"), an international manufacturer providing end-to-end solutions to the energy, service provider, enterprise, hyperscale and industrial markets, has signed an agreement to sell all shares of AFL Telecommunications GmbH and its related business operations to Tratos Cavi S.p.a.
Tratos Cavi S.p.a. with headquarters in Pieve Santo Stefano (Italy), is a leading European company for the manufacture of electrical, electronic and fibre optic cables.
