Allianz X, the digital investments arm of Allianz Group, has entered into agreements with the shareholders of UK-headquartered Innovation Group to fully acquire the company. Innovation Group's portfolio with its focus on UK, Germany and South Africa, comprises, inter alia, auto and property service business process solutions as well as a pioneering digital claims management platform.
