Konrad advises on a broad range of corporate matters, on corporate reorganisations and M&A transactions. He represents a wide spectrum of corporate clients as well as private equity funds and other financial investors.
In addition, he advises companies and bank syndicates in a wide variety of equity capital markets transactions. This covers IPOs (including multiple track transactions), capital increases requiring a prospectus and private placements with admission to trading on a stock exchange, but also issuances of high yield bonds.
