Christoph Roggemann

Christoph advises companies and investors on M&A transactions, restructurings and a broad range of corporate matters. His practice also includes advising on capital markets questions as well as financing structures in connection with M&A transactions and public takeovers.

A further focus of his work is advising companies and bank syndicates on capital market transactions. His work in this area includes advising on IPOs (including multiple track transactions), capital increases requiring a prospectus and private placements with admission to trading on a stock exchange, as well as issuances and buybacks of bonds and hybrid financing instruments.

Christoph is a lecturer at the EBS University of Business and Law, Wiesbaden, and regularly gives lectures on public takeover law.
