Caspar advises companies, private equity and other financial investors as well as banking syndicates on corporate and capital markets law issues, with a focus on IPOs (including dual-track procedures), capital increases and public takeovers, with special expertise in cross-border matters.

Caspar advised, inter alia, on the IPOs of Douglas AG, IONOS SE, Knaus Tabbert AG, HENSOLDT AG, Knorr-Bremse AG, and Hella KGaA as well as on the capital increases of Talanx AG, and KION AG. Caspar also advised on a variety of accelerated bookbuild transactions. Moreover, he regularly advises bidders and target companies on public takeovers, recently including KKR on its minority investment in OHB SE, Silverlake on the acquisition of Software AG, Klöckner & Co SE on the takeover offer by Swoctem GmbH and Linde AG on all aspects of the merger with Praxair inc. together with the subsequent listing of Linde plc. in Frankfurt and New York. In addition, Caspar Haarmann provided advise on the demerger and listing of METRO AG.
