Yasemin Jüngling

Yasemin is an internationally experienced lawyer who leads and coordinates complex disputes for companies before courts, in arbitration proceedings, and in alternative dispute resolution. Her focus is on post-M&A disputes and conflicts in regulated industries, particularly in the finance, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing sectors.

Her practice also includes regulatory and constitutional matters, compliance projects, and internal investigations. She is a member of the Constitutional Law Committee of the German Federal Bar Association.
