Susanne's practice covers a broad spectrum of commercial litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. She also advises companies on corporate law issues.

She focuses on contract and corporate law disputes (including post-M&A matters) and on the preparation of shareholders' meetings, capital and other structural measures as well as matters relating to groups of companies.
