Philipp Hentrich

Philipp has a broad public law practice with a particular focus on regulated industries. He acts for investors, companies, and entities of the public sector in all public law and regulatory matters.

His practice focuses on foreign trade and investment control laws. He advises and represents clients in investment control proceedings and assists them in the cross-border identification of notification obligations in other jurisdictions.

In addition, Philipp advises on matters of EU and constitutional law and represents his clients in administrative proceedings and legal disputes in all instances.
