Lukas is an associate in the firm's banking and finance group.

He advises corporate clients, banks and funds on syndicated loans, hybrid and other finance transactions with a particular focus on acquisition finance.

Another key area of his practice is structured finance, with an emphasis on securitisations and derivatives.
